1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Our Adventist Life (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of OurAdventistLife.com and any related pages, newsletters, or social media channels we operate (together, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply to your use of the Site and are part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we will also post a notice on the Site. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for following your local laws.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and everything on it (including text, articles, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, design, and logos, together the “Content”) belong to us or are used with permission. This Content is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.

We handle any personal information you share with us under our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

14. Corrections

The Site may occasionally contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

15. Electronic Communications
